Google Drive support

Google Drive support (like DropBox) would be handy. I'm just adding this as a tracking issue if someone wants to pick it up.

Relevant to this is #23 - currently a lot of reusable logic is baked into the Dropbox module, and I'd want to pull that stuff out before adding another file-centric service.

Has anyone else started on this? If not then I might pick it up as a weekend project - don't want to make any promises because I'm not confident I'll have enough time, but I'm happy to make a start.

Drive support would be useful!

Would mean that tracks/routes could be recorded with Strava etc, and view the route using Google's MyTracks which integrates with Google Earth.

I just updated my PR for it, should still be good. It doesn't support DeleteActivity though, which I think was added after I made it.
