[Bug] - Garmin to Dropbox is missing sensor data

When synchronizing from Garmin Connect to Dropbox, the TCX file it synchronizes is missing cycling dynamics.

Power meter data is available but cycling dynamics data is gone.

I believe this has to do with synchronizing the file as a .tcx instead of a .fit to Dropbox.
