In the contact tab there is an email. According to the information you can request money return there.

However, given complete lack of response from the author. The twitter account being dead since July 2019 and no news on the website about any down time or issues. I get impression the project is just abandoned and collecting money for no reason. Hence I will probably ask paypal to reimburse me directly and consider the transaction as fraudalent.

I did get a refund.

@mikocot I don't think it's fair to report the transactions as being fraudulent. Collin makes it clear that he hasn't got time to offer support for individual problems and does make changes when things affect the whole platform.

Did not suggest fraud. Looks like it's not working for many and no indication of lack of support on the home page. Contributions was returned.

Sorry, @CmdrBozo, I know you didn't suggest fraud. It was @mikocot that did. I'm glad you had your money refunded.

There is a difference between not having time to support some individual issues and charging money for a platform that basically doesn't work and has hundreds of people reporting so. If the system is overwhelmed then it should not take new customers.

Anyway, I don't think there is any direct outcome of marking a transaction as fraudalent on paypal. But it is a message that no one should be charging any more money for this system.

I just want to sync my strava and runkeeper. Any word if this will be fixed?

Can I suggest this issue be closed? Sync has been working flawlessly for quite some time.
