Can't sync to Garmin Connect

Since Garmin killed Garmin Fit app (boo) I've had to try a couple of other apps on my phone to track my recreational activities.

So far Strava, and Edomodo.

All 3 (Garmin, Strava, Endomodo) are set up in Tapiriik and have recorded 1 activity in each Strava and Endomodo, but both give the same error syncing back to Garmin Connect.

Garmin Connect: There was a problem indexing your activities on Garmin Connect, so no activities will be uploaded to Garmin Connect.

Has Tapiriik dropped support to sync to GC even though it's listed as an option?

I am also seeing this error when attempting to sync from Strava to Garmin Connect. I've previously been able to sync from Strava to RunKeeper with no issues

Please, please, please, fix this. I have this error for more than a year now! I just renewed my subscription to tapiriik but it you are not fixing Garmin Connect sync I'm really quitting.. I have been paying and waiting too long..

Is related to #501. It seems Garmin changed something on their end which needs an update in Tapiriik.
