Forced Re-Sync; TP/STV --> DB

Open richwj opened this issue 7 years ago • 3 comments

Trying to get Tapiriik to force a re-sync on activities from TP/STV --> DB as some of my earlier rides are missing (although tapiriik marked them as synced across DB).

Physically moving files from the ~/Apps/tapiriik directory on DB, doesn't force a resync.

Any way to manually force this? Perhaps only available as an option for donations made.

I'm trying to figure this out as well as there was an issue with multiple runs on the same day would not sync due to filename already existing. Preferably the entire sync cache for my account would be wiped so I can be sure duplicates from wayback also sync properly, about 1400 activities in total. For me it is Garmin Connect to Dropbox. (issue #354, #369 and PR #434 all related)

=== Edit === To make sure I got all the data out of Garmin connect I downloaded the iMacros plugin and ran a script to download the activities manually from connect.garmin.com. I'm no longer in desparate need of getting forced re-sync to work with tapiriik.

After enabling Sync untagged activities in the Tapiriik Dropbox configuration settings, all my Strava activities were archived correctly to Dropbox.
