johannes should check for GL/gl.h, GL/glu.h

These are required for building wx, and probably vtk.  Should be checked by
johannes along with other deps on Linux (as part of second stage of
bootstrap?).

Relevant ubuntu packages are:
libgl1-mesa-dev
glutg3-dev
