Ubuntu x86_64 live CD with DeVIDE

Create an Ubuntu x86_64 live CD with DeVIDE for people to use on their
Intel EM64T-capable (most modern core2 CPUs) or AMD64 CPUs, most of which
are still running 32bit XP or somesuch.
