implement SyncSlice3DVWR block

New idea to implement subject-observer comms between modules. For now a normal 
connection (later consider different type) through which an instance of the 
producer module itself is passed. This can for example be used to have one 
SyncSlice3dVWR module sync different elements of a number of slice3dVWRs 
(coupled views).
