Windows x86 and x64 installers have the same "64-bit" default installation path

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Windows-Devide-32
2. Install Windows-Devide-64

32-Bit apps under 64-bit Windows should be installed to "Program Files (x86)". 
However, 32-bit DeVIDE installs to "Program Files\DeVIDE-RE" just as the 64-bit 
version, leading to overwrites if both are installed concurrently.
