Extract GPS data when importing a Photo from Files application

As reported in the forum: “If I download a picture from the files app and upload it to the photos app, then gps data is imported. If the same picture is directly imported from the files app to the photos app, than no gps data is imported. I think the gps data is not evaluated if pictures are imported from the files app”

You have to restart the app, there is a hacky patch startup that extract GPS for pics that do not have GPS data.
