Upload files from web browser using mobile

It seems every upload buttons have been removed from the new interface. I have succeeded uploading files using drag and drop on a computer. Unfortunately, I'm stuck when I try to upload using a mobile.

Is there a way I'm missing to perform an upload on a mobile browser ?

Also, just a remark: when I'm a newbie and I receive a shared link, I don't feel like I have the right to upload files as there is no hint for this action to be available.

I think that on smaller screens, the button is hidden because it was more practical that way at the time we did it. Your concern is perfectly valid though, I'm marking this issue as an enhancement!

Also: when a folder is shared with you, permissions can be read-only or read-write. It's explicitly written in the email. When a file is shared, it's read-only. Does that answer your question?
