Fields labels defaults

Seems that some VCard clients (like Evolution) doesn't display a field in a card if it associated label is misunderstood. And it seems that our MAIN default choice is one of them. See the forum thread about it.

I suggest we collect all kind of fields' labels used by more popular clients (iOS/MacOS, Android, Thunderbird, Evolution…) to detrmine a shortlist of default values to suggest, and then minimize the user's customization.
