Convert a 24h event into a day event not possible

Go to the weekly view Create an event from day d "00:00" to day d+1 "00:00", basically a full day event. Try to drag and drop the event in the upper part of the weekly view (where the 'one day events' are displayed). I expect the event to be turned into a 'one day event', but the event is not updated. The same occurs with a 2hours event.
