Get event's .ics

This feature used to exist, and have been removed in the UI rework.

It is useful to me to be able to download one event's ICS from the application's UI, without having to export the whole calendar.

Nobody (except me) asked for this feature, so I put it back to the idea box.

I thought yesterday that this would be useful, but didn't know it was on our backlog. Use case: help debug. Sometime, users encounter a problem with one of their event, but they don't want to send us their whole calendar. This would allow to export only the buggy event.
