[Suggestion] Get report of blocked refers

Hi,

I would like to make an suggestion to this, in my opinion, great tool. You get informed when you visit a website and refers or other info is blocked. It can help that you can see all the blocked requests in a small report. So you get an better idea whichs domains or links are blocked.

Would also be nice to be able to see the Cookie requests that it blocked.

So it would be easy to see (probably) that the Twitter cookie (likely) in issue #256 is being blocked.
