debounce timeout documentation should be clarified

It should be clarified in the graphical and ASCII art documentation, that the callback will be invoked after the specified pause has elapsed since the last debounced call. I think in the present form it's quite misleading.

Debounced with `at_begin` specified as false or unspecified:
