Is it possible to remove the vaccine information?

I think this information is not needed and therefore doesn't have to be displayed.

It's not needed but a useful side information. For example one dose of Johnson & Johnson would mean that you are fully vaccinated while other vaccines require multiple doses.

Okay, this might be a valid reason. But the scan of the QR code will show if it is valid without any further information of the vaccine. Name and birth-date will be transferred with the QR code.

I just want to show a minimum of information.

Yea, that could be an option to select while generating the wallet cert

I really prefer not having many options when generating the pass in oder to make the process as simple and fast as possible. You have to take into account that 95% of the people visiting the site would not care about this additional information.

Maybe these options could be relegated to an expert mode on the GUI, like:
