Error while installing setup v2.1.0 in Windows 7

Greetings. The setup fails to install in Windows 7. An error message appears: "An error occurred trying to download 'http://covalition.eu/products/octopus/setup/Octopus.Covalition.application'." The site ( http://www.covalition.eu/ ) is down.

Could you make a new setup file which would include every necessary file for a successful installation in Windows 7, 10 and 11? Thanks in advance.
