videos from edx-video.net not downloading

Video materials kept at edx-video.net are not being properly downloaded. The output mp4 files are empty, all with 4kb size.

Your environment

• Operating System (name/version): Windows 10
• Python version: 3.6.4
• youtube-dl version: 2018.03.26.1
• edx-dl version: 0.1.9

Steps to reproduce

Most materials of the course: https://courses.edx.org/courses/course-v1:UQx+CORPINN2x+2T2018/course/ are kept at edx-video.net. Attempt to download entire course with basic command is unsuccessful, because most of the video files are empty. Only videos kept directly at youtube are successfully downloaded.

Expected behaviour

All videos (youtube and edx-video.net) downloaded in structured folders.

Actual behaviour

Structure of the course files is kept, but videos files from edx-videos.net are empty.

Using youtube-dl directly with video url works properly

I tried a couple of different VPN server (proxy) it's still slow, but thankfully most video is on Youtube. only a few on edx-video.net.
