No wr_long in 3.4

I basically copied the compile function /usr/lib/python3.4/py_compile.py which solves the wr_long error.

@cournape can the other test errors be ignored for now when merging this? There's a few issues related to a missing LIBDIR envvar and an exec statement that looks like invalid Python 3.x code. Those all fail for the 3.3 build while the 2.7 build passes.

@rgommers I am working on removing a lot of obsolete code in Bento. I will merge/rebase this once that's done.
