[playground] Decommision the Playground

Following on development efforts aimed at building and improving the Wallet UI and our integration work with Metamask, it makes sense to sunset the Playground to focus our energy in a single development environment.

These should be the required steps to effective decommision the Playground:

  • [ ] Wallet UI and Playground should offer the same experience (see #1713, #1852)
  • [x] Remove all front-end except the Wallet UI from this monorepo (see #1956)
  • [x] Remove all CD jobs related to deploying playground.counterfactual.com and related staging environments
  • [ ] Remove the Playground code from the example-apps monorepo.
