Update all files talking about license, in respect to the original license (GPL?)

I believe that it should be written that this version works at 115200 baud instead RFlinkR48 works at 57600.

Nice observation! 115200 is my default project Baudrate. Always in the "R48 compliant" mindset, I will change Baud rate to 57600.
