Collection Max Expiry

The expiry setting on Collection has a default value of 5 minutes which should not be 5 minutes but indefinite.

Also looks like there is a bug where if the enduser provides a value the value is not set and TTL shows / sets as 0 refer to this https://github.com/bwgjoseph/mongoose-vs-ottoman/issues/94
