Rename "capella-org" to organization

There are a few places, variables, field names and flag names. Where we refer to organizations as capella-organizations/capella-orgs/capella. This is redundant since there are only organizations in Capella. We should therefore rename all of these to just organizations/orgs for consistency with the project field and flags.
