Couldn't initialize remote static content

On cbgb startup, it's trying to:

loading static content from: http://cbgb.io/static.zip

which is failing because the cbgb.io domain seems to be offline.

What static content is it trying to load? Can this error be safely ignored?

It is the html/js for the web ui.

It should have just been zipped up copy of stsic folder.
