Empty item created

I tried to use your www-workflowy. Everything looks ok, I log-in, dump the whole tree, but new item is created empty - that is what is created (from dump): { 'lm' => 2081, 'nm' => '', 'id' => 'e13ab955-5de8-bdf3-7f88-492ba95b1eda' } I tried to insert nm instead of name index of the associative field, but I think it will not go through validation.
