@JAndrassy regarding your doubt about the WiFi channel, I don't think it's a problem and in fact as you can see from this screenshot the WiFi manager works as expected....

The library is implemented to avoid continuous writes during restarts, so if a key is already present in the JSON file, it won't be overwritten and must be updated explicitly....
