It isn't really a problem, but I just have OCD.

Describe the solution you'd like

Can you please move the RSS feed button all the way to the right on the theme? After that, can you reply to this issue and talk about what changes you made so I can add them to my website? Thank you!

I just tried to live with it, but I couldn't.

Not sure if this is right but I think you can just remove the RSS section on the _includes/sidebar.html template, then move it to wherever you want it to by, maybe somewhere in the footer?

The previous solution requires modifying Chirpy's core includes and the change won't reflect to OP's blog when he deploys again. A much better way of removing the rss button would be at _data/contact.yml

Seems like you added stackoverflow icon, the sidebar can only accomodate 3 - 4 icons. Any more than that would cause the last icon to wrap into another line causing your issue. You can either comment it out or remove it completely. I also have OCD and I don't have twitter so I removed mine.
