SVG support

SVG support -- there are going to be a lot of images, so this might make the page slow, in the medium term an answer might be to use SVG Logos -- for now link them from this page for future use?

Some of the logos used have SVG copies on the wiki, but by no means all.

There is also a related issue regarding the display of copyright and credits for the images used...
