"Alert speed cameras" unavailable when using offline routing

If I disable "Online Services" -> "Routing", the "Alert speed cameras" swipe button gets automatically disabled too. Speed cameras are not visible on the map after route is calculated offline.

What is reason for this? Is this limitation of osmscout-server?
