Dear Air Team,

We wasted 6 hours fighting your broken error handling. stop_on_error=true stops watching files after build failures. stop_on_error=false runs old binaries and hides errors. rerun=true only tries to run the executable, it no longer watches for changes it is stuck attempting to start /tmp/main

what a piece of "software" !!!

ChatGPT built our own hot reload in 30 minutes. It works perfectly.
