When rebuilding should not stop the old process

it should restart after building success in current air program,stop process before rebuilding make the Go process dead,the http request get not get from the go.

i have the same issue and i move this code block(#400 ) ,it fix my issue.

It will not work on Windows because it is not possible to overwrite a running exe file.
