Add CI

CI should be added for each example or tutorial. The CI should test running the generator and then booting up a chain, and then running transactions on it. Need to add:

  • [ ] nameservice
  • [ ] hellochain

CI is always a great idea.

Personally, I am a huge fan of GitLab for CI, because it's a first class citizen over there.
