[IDEAS] tx broadcast optimizations

• [ ] Ability to specify an array of /tx_broadcast endpoints to which the relayer broadcasts simultaneously
• [ ] Inteligent wallet management
  • [ ] Ability to spread out funds into ~10 wallets all managed by the same mnemonic (i.e. different index for the address) on chain and also reclaim them
  • [ ] Rotate wallets to send each transaction from.

Is there any hopes of adding this feature eventually? Did Cronmos provide the ability to bring this type of behavior into the relayer or would the idea be to manage accounts externally via that software instead? cc @jackzampolin @KyleMoser
