It would be nice to have a short document explaining how to configure the relayer metrics server and how to integrate this with a dashboard like Grafana.

Anyone care to take a shot at this? Perhaps @AntiTyping. No rush at all! I just figured you may have some insight after working on the relayer deployments in our infra.
