is there a way to add paths dynamically?

I see that a single relayer process can relay messages across any number of chains provided all the paths are configured ahead of time prior to starting the service. It would be great to add paths at run time through http or something?

Interesting! This could be a good feature on top of #648. Moving to icebox for now.
