Choose between "module" and "application" to represent IBC apps

We use both terms interchangeably to designate an "IBC application" such as token transfer (e.g. Module use, application use).

We should choose one and stick to it throughout the codebase.

I personally prefer "application", as this is the terminology used in the spec.
