This Issue tracks future improvements for our E2E CI

Improvements

  • [ ] Add tests for Interchain Accounts
    • These tests can live in the ibc-go repo, but use images built as part of the icad workflows.
  • [ ] Add tests based on missing test scenarios outlined in #1607
