I can help with this, but we should be doing it on mainnets.

The issues were much deeper than P2P storms, and actually some of the mempool stuff was kind of a distraction when compared to bank storms.

Also I should let you know that I'm going to be applying for work at both icl and celestia, but also outside of cosmos as well.
