Bech32m address support

Some chains have non-Bech32 address encodings.

Is bech32m used for Cosmos chains? Who does this? Is this possible to do with the Cosmos SDK or a major fork?

Asking genuinely curious here as I was wondering about the need to migrate from bech32 to bech32m for a while now. But nobody seemed to bother in Cosmos land as far as I know.
