Would be nice to have an endpoint that balances over all the nodes

Starting to think we shouldn't focus on this currently. Don't think this is necessarily related to the registry alone, nor necessary for a mvp right now. That okay with you @sunnya97 ?

The better alternative to this is to recreate the Fallback Provider feature from ethers.js
