Extra padding in markup makes diffs difficult to understand for humans

Hello!

Edittable adds extra padding to the table markup to make the markup look "nice". However, this almost always causes all the lines of the table in the markup to change, making it extremely difficult for humans looking at the diff to discern where the actual changes were made.

This issue affects both page history and e-mail notifications and is a big annoyance and also an obstacle to productivity.

Additionally, there seems to be no way to disable this behaviour.
