TOC in tablet mode becoms unreadable when page is scrolled down.

Hello,

This is hard to describe. When the window width is between 768 and 1024 px, as the page is scrolled down, the TOC will suddenly become narrow, jump to left of the page, have most entries out of the page. The gif below shows the problem.

i have the same issue on a fresh install 'fr' (latest stable) in a closed Dokuwiki (acl auth) with sidebar and few plugins : (nspages , bureaucracy, dokuteaser -- plugins install with git) with my 10 inch touchpad and firefox.

It's very hard to describe, please have a look on picture

The fact that texts in configuration parameters are not next to their respective checkboxes is a different issue. You should open another issue.
