Change width ? Responsive ?

Hi, thanks for your theme, but is it possible to change width of the wiki ? In your example (https://demo.sprintdoc.de/start) it's width 100% but I cannot do same in my wiki. Could you explain how to do it ? Thanks a lot.

@JayDeeDee would adjusting the full width through a style.ini variable be feasible with the way the current styles work?

Nice feature to have for dome wider screens and should be pretty easy to implement. Except for the #dokuwiki__usertools in .top-header, which is positioned absolute. But it looks ok anyway) limited-width
