Align headers to match data alignment in columns

It would be nice if the column headers were aligned as well as the column contents when using the 'align' option. Alternatively if one could specify headers with spaces either side using the 'head' option would allow alignment (presumably).

Finally it would be nice to be able to specify two or more rows in the headers.

I've just noticed that this alignment issue is only for a table displayed using "---- struct lookup ----", when using "---- struct table ----" to simply display the data the headers are aligned correctly.
