Feature Wish: Field configuration "must not be empty"

It would sometimes come in handy, if a field could be configured that it must contain a value.

Two variants should be possible:

a) for page schemas only: Once the associated page is edited, a value has to be entered in the field to be able to save the page

b) for page and lookup schemas: Once any data has been entered in the record, the field must not be empty. However it can be empty, if the whole record is empty

I second that! Omission of this 'required fieldvalue' option restricts the usage of the struct plugin.
