Compact style

Hi, one thing that always annoying me about publish plugin was the huge amount of space that its use. In order to change that in this version of plugin I've added an extra configuration option that allows user to use compact style of the plugin which changing this big div at the beginning of each page into one line height div at the top right corner of the page. One other change that I've made was placing difflink always on the end of publish div.

What do you think about that?
