[question] how to change a resource's URI using surf?

Hi @cosminbasca,

reading the documentation I understood how to change the resource's context using surf.

But would it be possible to change its URI programmatically? I need to change several thousands of URIs in a triples store, and I'm trying to figure out what's the best way of doing so.
