Explain and provide links for manual installs of Sapphire

Write a document that explains how to download and install a pre-release build of the Sapphire plugin. Explain the risks.

During the build process, see if we can pre-unzip (or just don't zip in the first place) the vcvplugin files so they can be downloaded directly.
