Added a section to the bootloader Readme that went over the entire process of installing Avrdude and wiring an Arduino to flash a bootloader, set fuses, and flash firmware to the Atmega32.

Added an example configuration that was made with QMK Configurator.

Added SVG files for plates and guards that would allow them to be cut on a generic k40 laser cutter.
